4. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure sufficient funds/limit for transactions.
  • Use services only for lawful purposes.
  • Immediately inform us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Fees & Charges

  • Apipay may charge transaction fees, service charges, or other applicable fees.
  • Any applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be borne by the user.
  • Fees may be revised from time to time, and updates will be reflected on the Platform.

6. Compliance & Restrictions

You agree not to use Apipay for:

  • Money laundering, fraud, or unlawful activities.
  • Transactions prohibited by RBI/NPCI or other regulators.
  • Sharing false information or impersonating others.
  • Violation may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • By using Apipay, you consent to such collection and processing.
  • We may share information with regulatory authorities or third parties as required by law.

8. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted via the internet.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Apipay is not liable for delays, transaction failures, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the transaction amount in dispute.

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on Apipay are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.

Apipay may integrate with third-party APIs, banks, or service providers. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or failures.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or as directed by regulators.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
